SUMMER CONCERTS ON THE HUDSON 2012, free outdoor concert series on Weehawken waterfront
WEDNESDAY, July 18th – Mountain Heart
Mountain Heart is one of the most popular and versatile Bluegrass and Country Rock bands out of Nashville. The group and its band members have either won or been nominated for Grammy, Country Music, and Bluegrass Music awards. They have appeared on the revered stage of the Grand Ole Opry in excess of 100 times and have shared the stage with musical superstars including Lynyrd Skynyrd, Merle Haggard, Alison Krauss, Levon Helm, and John Fogerty, among many others.
Performances take place at Lincoln Harbor Park and begin at 7:00 p.m. Rain dates, if necessary, will be the following night after each scheduled performance.
