Looking for healthier options for your kids, but don’t have hours to cook? Come have fun at this workshop! We will provide tips and recipes of how to prepare fast and easy “superfoods” for your kids. These recipes will be a quick and healthy way to nourish you and your little ones. Recipes will be sugar free, and we can accommodate allergies. You will leave learning some great tools and recipes to make your kids healthier, while enjoying a great meal. You will also take away an organic brown bag lunch, packed and ready to go, for your little one Monday morning! We will have live music to make this a fun an upbeat afternoon!
