Hoboken Family Alliance (HFA) Membership Director Search

HFA is looking to fill a board position – the HFA Membership Director. After almost two great years, Cindy Altberger will be making way for the new Membership Director. This volunteer position will be great for someone who would like to expand his or her relations on behalf of HFA within the community. Excel and database management experience is recommended. The position would entail:

§ Process online, mail, and event member applications in a timely manner.
§ Maintain membership database.
§ Manage 2-4 membership drives per year.
§ Manage all membership collateral – membership forms, discount lists, and any other material needed to promote membership.
§ Provide all back-up membership material for events – membership forms, retailer discount lists, event membership cards, non-member sign-up sheets, etc.
§ Provide and implement ideas to help increase membership such as developing a membership sign-up program with HFA merchant retail partners.
§ Conduct informal online member surveys.
§ Attend all monthly board meetings.
§ Attend and help all events.
