Schools are out, but hunger might last all summer long.
What are we doing to help local kids? Hoboken Family Alliance (HFA) is conducting a summer food drive for the month of July through early September. In order to maintain consistency and quality, we are accepting only financial donations to purchase needed food in bulk.
When school’s out for summer and some families are dealing with unemployment, low wage jobs, disabilities or unfortunate situations due to COVID-19, local children in need will be able to receive breakfast and lunch from the City of Hoboken.
HFA would like to ensure that children in low-income areas in Hoboken continue to receive nutritious meals for dinner Monday through Friday and to ensure they have breakfast, lunch and dinner on the weekends.
We would like to invite you to assist us with helping curb hunger by giving a financial contribution.
Any funds donated will go 100% to purchase & distribute food for Hoboken Families in need.
Items to be purchased will include:
Milk / Chocolate Milk
