On Saturday June 1st, Nourishing Wisdom for Mom + Baby + Wellness, located at 112 Willow Avenue in Hoboken, will open its doors. Hudson County families will finally have access to a one-stop shop for all your holistic pregnancy and parenting needs. You no longer need to travel into NYC or go online to find classes and products that support normal birth, breastfeeding and natural parenting and family living!
The boutique's owner, Rebeca Four, is a mom, childbirth educator, certified and experienced birth doula, board certified lactation consultant and a certified integrative health coach, who has supported hundreds of families in Hudson County in achieving their childbirth, breastfeeding and parenting goals. She has first-hand knowledge of the most common challenges parents experience and is offering classes to address these needs, such as: Nutrition in Pregnancy, Childbirth Preparation, Comprehensive Breastfeeding, Understanding Infant Sleep, Infant Massage, etc.
Rebeca is passionate about holistic living and supporting small and women-owned businesses, so the boutique will sell a variety of organic, made-in-the-USA pregnancy and infant products, such as bath and body care items, infant carriers, toys, books and much more. Madi, Rebeca's 8-year old daughter, is even getting into the mix! She will offer homemade organic cupcakes and organic popcorn this Saturday, June 1st from 1 to 5 PM, with 100% of the proceeds going to the Liberty Humane Society in Jersey City.
