Americana Family Jamboree is an all acoustic music program lead by Demolition String Band members Elena Skye and Boo Reiners that the entire family will enjoy--we like to say it's fun for kids but safe for adults!
Music from the Great American Songbook springs to life in the strings and voices of Elena & Boo and the Americana Family Jamboree band as they perform songs by Woody Guthrie, Hank Williams, Pete Seeger, The Carter Family, Leadbelly, Bill Monroe, Stephen Foster, Loretta Lynn, and Buck Owens mixed with some Beatles, Creedence Clearwater Revival and even Madonna!
There'll be guitars and fiddles, banjos and a doghouse bass, and we invite you to bring your dancin' shoes and be ready for lots of singin' and clapping along! There'll be bubbles and stickers and children are invited to come up and play the instruments after the show!
