Patch.com is starting a new weekly feature for the site called Whiz Kids - a mini-profile of an outstanding youngster or youth group using a standard five point questionnaire. The series will run on Wednesday afternoon. The children do have to be in grades K-12, but otherwise the criteria for outstanding is pretty open-ended.
