For the sixth year in a row Party with Purpose will be hosting its annual 5K and Kids’ Fun Run on Tuesday, July 13, 2010. The Kids’ Fun Run and activities are featured on the majestic Hoboken waterfront at Pier A and engages parents and children within the Hoboken area to participate in games, food, and a 1 mile fun run. Over 200 children were involved in last year’s event which featured a face painter, balloon clown, various games, medals, and free goodie bags. The proceeds from this event will go to the Hoboken Boys and Girls Club and the Jubilee Center. Children over the age of 5 are welcome to participate in the event and parental supervision is required for children 4 years old and younger.

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy interacting with children; volunteers will be needed from 3pm-5pm to supervise the children games and ensure all the kids have a wonderful time on Pier A.
