the Hoboken Public Library seeks a part-time Library Assistant to work in the Children's Department. Duties include circulation and shelving of materials as well as assistance with inter-library loan processing and children's programming preparation. Successful candidates should possess great customer service and communication skills, have experience with children and teens and exhibit great attention to detail and basic knowledge of computers. Must be a high school graduate. Library experience preferred. Pay rate is $12 per hour. Preference will be given to Hoboken residents.
