Hoboken Montessori School is pleased to announce our admissions process for the Fall 2013-2014 academic school year. The admissions process consists of the submission of an application, school tour, a parent/child visit and the notification of acceptance. Children who are two years of age by November 30th may apply for the Toddler Program while children who are three, four and five years of age may apply for the Primary Program. Children must turn 3 by November 30th to be considered for the Primary classroom.
Prospective parents are required to attend either a Small Group Tour or Open House to become educated on the Montessori teaching philosophy as part of the admissions process. Small Group Tours are available on the following Tuesdays, October 2, 16, 30, and November 2 and 20th from 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm. The other option is to attend our Open House on Saturday, December 1st at 10 a.m. All tours are for adults only. Small Group Tours are for Fall 2013 admissions only.
Applications must be submitted between September 4, 2012 and January 3, 2013. We encourage parents to fill out an application form and schedule a Small Group Tour date or attend the Open House as soon as possible as parent/child visits will be scheduled once both items are complete.
