Hoboken Winter Carnival

The City of Hoboken, in conjunction with the Hoboken Housing Authority, and sponsored by the New Jersey NCSY, are hosting the Hoboken Winter Carnival featuring free food and activities for the entire family including games, clowns, magicians, animal balloons, balloon shaving, bowling, ring toss, basketball, ventriloquist, manicures, cotton candy, pop corn, hot dogs, and more.
