Hoboken Historical Museum Uptown and NEW Downtown Storytime

Downtown Storytime Debuts Saturday, March 5!
Saturday, Mar. 5 * 12 p.m.
Location: Fire Department Museum, 213 Bloomfield St.

Our weekly Uptown Storytime program has become so popular, we are launching a companion program, Downtown Storytime, on the first Saturday of each month at noon at the Fire Department Museum, 213 Bloomfield St. The program begins this Saturday, no reservations required.

Storytime is designed for children between the ages of 2 and 5 years, and all must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Arrive early to secure a spot, and be prepared to park your stroller outside.

The program is free, thanks to support from the Hoboken Family Alliance and Party With Purpose.

Uptown Storytime Every Thursday in 2016
Reservations Required, Starting March 10!
Location: Hoboken Museum, 1301 Hudson St.

Due to growing demand and limited space, our weekly Uptown Storytime for kids ages 2 - 5, every Thursday at 10 am, will now require reservations. Visit the museum's site on Wednesdays to book your spot.

Our weekly Uptown Storytime program has become so popular, we are instituting a new advance reservation policy, starting next week for our March 10 session. A link to the reservation system will be posted at 10 a.m. on the Museum's website, www.hobokenmuseum.org on the Wednesday before each weekly session. There will also be a $2 admission fee collected at the door. Stollers should be parked outside.

Storytime is a great way to reinforce a love of reading in your children. We invite children between the ages of 2 and 5 years to join in our Uptown Storytime reading hour, with Penny Metsch (pictured above) on the first and third Thursday of each month at 10 am, and local librarians Sharlene Edwards and Shannon Campbell on the second and fourth Thursdays. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We ask that strollers be parked outside.

The program is made possible with support from the Museum's Family Sponsor, Macy's.
