Talk about a guilt-free night out! Our BYOB (that’s bottle, not baby) classes let you enjoy a night out and meet other parents—all while doing something productive for your little one. Parents who take our classes go home with a week’s worth of organic meals and snacks they can stick in the fridge or freezer, as well as the recipes and confidence to recreate the same meals at home. And because we know “short order cook” is not your dinnertime goal, we provide tips on how to turn the baby- and toddler-friendly recipes we create into meals your whole family will love. Now, let’s get cooking!

PUREE BUFFET
January 28, 7-9 p.m.
STAGE 1: Purees
This class is ideally taken once your doctor gives you the okay to start solids. We’ll prepare a variety of single-ingredient purees, and let you mix, match, and blend to create a palate of fruit and veggies that your new little eater will love. You’ll go home with 24 portions of food! Even more, we’ll prepare and sample a dish for moms and dads that incorporates one of those purees (you know, in case your husband says, “What did you cook for me? Oh right, he needs to eat, too.) Butternut squash risotto, anyone? Cost $55
COMFORT FOODS
February 11, 7-9pm
STAGE 2: Introduction to Textures
Baby, it’s cold outside, and your little one needs some comfort (you know, in addition to your warm hugs). These warming dishes are your baby’s first taste of comfort food classics–and since moms and dads like these foods too, we’ll show you how to turn these dishes into meals you and hubby will love. On the menu: chicken pot pie, baked potato soup, root vegetable risotto, and banana oatmeal smoothies. Cost: $65

BIRTHDAY CAKES **Special 1st Anniversary Class!**
February 25, 7-9p.m.
ALL STAGES
Happy birthday to us! In honor of our baby turning one (and by baby, we mean this cooking school), we’re throwing a party. We’ll make three types of healthy cupcakes and three types of frosting, perfect for baby’s 1st through 100th birthdays (yep, all ages love these treats, so bring your child-free friends)! Mix and match cupcakes and frostings to create your own tasty combinations, and go home with your creations to share with your sweet family. We’re baking: egg free applesauce cake, sweet potato cupcakes, classic vanilla, plus three different types of frosting: butter cream, gooey marshmallow icing, and cream cheese frosting. It’s not just a class, it’s a celebration! Cost $50
Little Italy
March 11, 7-9 p.m.
Stage 3: Textures and Finger Foods
“Maaaaaa the meatballs!” That may be your little one’s first words after you serve him authentic Italian food from this class–only appropriate, considering he lives in the birthplace of Frank Sinatra, home of Italian festivals, and some of the world’s best mutz. We’ll be saying mangia to ricotta meatballs, Italian rice balls, red-white-and-green smoothies, and mini spaghetti pies–an authentic italian recipe from Nicole’s grandmother’s kitchen. Warning: Taking this class may increase the tendency to talk with your hands. Cost: $65
Lil Foodie
March 25, 7-9 p.m.
Stage4: Toddler Meals
You know that mom who brags about how her kid slept through the night at 2 weeks, walked at 6 months, and can already speak 7 languages? This class is the ultimate comeback. When she starts talking about how she’s enrolling her 2-year-old in Mandarin lessons, you can interrupt with your own story about how Junior just loves quinoa—but then again, his taste buds have always been a little more advanced. We’ll make fancy-sounding, super yummy dishes that all toddlers love, such as: savory ham and swiss muffins, pasta with nut-free pesto, french lentil soup, and mini quinoa quiches. Cost: $65
