Chess teaches children critical thinking skills, to plan ahead, and to think before they act. Our classes are open to *beginners *and *advanced beginners *ages 5-10, including those who never played before. Our coach is an *International Master* affiliated with FIDE and USCF. He is a highly experienced and exciting teacher. Hundreds of children who are taking his classes in the NY metropolitan area love him! He recently returned from the 2011 Elementary Nationals in Dallas, TX where his students from PS 166 secured victory.
